Tricia Mack

Tricia Mack (owner) teaches piano, voice, and composition at Mack Music Studio. She has a Music Education degree from Westminster College with piano as her focal instrument. After experiencing teaching music in a school setting, Tricia realized that her true passion was to teach privately, working alongside music students to individualize each lesson and help them to succeed and foster a love of music!

Kalista Heidkamp

Kalista Heidkamp teaches flute at Mack Music Studio. She is a music education and flute performance double major at Slippery Rock University. She is currently student teaching at the Pine Richland School district and is expected to graduate in December of 2021. Kalista has been playing the flute for 15 years and has placed first in multiple competitions. She has taught privately for 1 year and has many years of classroom teaching experience. Her philosophy of teaching is completely student centered. She strives to ensure the student is succeeding, enjoying the process of learning a new instrument, and achieving their music goals. She very much looks forward to a future of flute with anyone who wants to pursue it!

Lindsay Shaffer

Lindsay Shaffer teaches voice and piano at Mack Music Studio. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Music Education (vocal concentration) from Geneva College, and holds an MM in Conducting from Messiah University. Lindsay has nine years of music teaching experience, including K-12 classroom instruction, directing choirs at the elementary, junior high, high school, college and adult levels, and has taught many private voice, piano and instrumental students of all ages. Although a classically trained musician, she loves all genres of vocal music and utilizes traditional, pop, and Broadway-style methods in her teaching, as appropriate to the age and interests of each student. She loves to empower students to overcome obstacles and help them find and cultivate their unique musical strengths
